Ramstein Dorms offers a convenient and reliable solution for Ramstein AB and Kapaun AS dorm residents to stay connected with the DRC, report maintenance issues, and remain informed about dorm-related matters. A common challenge faced is the delayed reporting of dorm issues by airmen. By introducing this app, residents can now easily communicate their concerns at the touch of a button.

• Repair Request: Dispatch an email to the DRC organization inbox detailing your maintenance request.
• Room Lockout: Guidance on regaining entry to your room in the event of key loss.
• Ask an ADL: Send inquiries via email to the DRC organization inbox.
• Dorm Rides: Ability to request transportation from fellow dorm residents.
• Base Shuttle/Taxi: Information on routes and schedules for Base Shuttle and Taxi services.
• 86th Force Support: Stay informed on current events and announcements from the 86 FSS.
• Useful Information: Direct contact list for emergency and other essential numbers.
